QUESTIONS

Do I need to meet the vehicle outside?

You’ll get a notification when the vehicle arrives. You'll then need to meet it curbside to collect your order from the trunk.

Is it safe to receive deliveries from an autonomous vehicle?

Yes. Any AVs in our fleet have been legally approved to ride autonomously. Plus, your items are securely stored during transport and can only be accessed by you at your delivery destination.

How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries are completed within 1–2 hours, depending on distance and store prep times. You’ll get real-time updates in the app.

What types of orders can I schedule?

You can schedule pickups from grocery stores, retail shops, pharmacies, and more. If a store supports curbside pickup, chances are we can deliver it.

Do I need to own an autonomous vehicle to use Autolane?

Not at all. Autolane operates its own fleet of AVs—you just book a delivery, and we take care of everything.

How do I place an order with Autolane?

Download the Autolane app, choose a store, and tell us what you need picked up. We’ll dispatch one of our AVs to complete the pickup and deliver it to your door.

Where is Autolane available?

We’re soon be live in Austin, TX and Berkeley, CA, with more cities coming soon.

Autolane is an autonomous delivery service that uses a fleet of self-driving vehicles to pick up and deliver your orders—from groceries to retail and more. Just schedule through our app, and we’ll handle the rest.
